On the whole delicious ---- Salad well seasoned, French fries could be a bit crisp and the meat is sometimes very dry, Zaziki was super good. The second time the portion was unfortunately smaller, what a shame

Always ate pita gyros since I was a child. Tastes very good and still does. But unfortunately they only put very little meat on the pita and that for a long time, such a small pile of meat does not help, no matter how good it tastes. The pita has also got smaller overall, and the price has gone up. Pity! That's why I'm unfortunately no longer going to Artemis.

I've always been happy until now, but this time something went completely wrong. So far everything tasted wonderful. Today I ordered menu No. 9, Metaxa soups baked with cheese? Not a trace of Metaxa tasted and it wasn't gratinated either, but the cheese was melted in the microwave on the ready-made dish and was over-salted. Portions are more than sufficient, so everyone will be full. But the dish is never worth 12 euros. I am not from Göttingen myself but 400km away from the north "north"

Jamas, simply tasty, delicious, quantity, visually so appealing. nice personel. Only one thing, please agree, if I order the gyros plate without fries because I don't like them and want more meat for it .... Sometimes I pay an extra surcharge and the boss doesn't add a surcharge. Otherwise you're great, me and my wife always like to come to you. Even with the Greek music in the background, you get that little holiday feeling. ps. Photos follow, were too quick to eat this time;)

In my opinion the best Greek snack restaurant in Göttingen! The dishes are absolutely recommendable, whether it is for in between gyros in pita or a large dish like gyros gratin. Now all that's missing is the delivery service!

The best and tasty Greek in Göttingen who makes the best pitta and with very good meat 🥩! A Göttingen original there has been the shop since about the early 80s when I was a child. And the whole staff is always nice and friendly!

As a child, I picked up Pita Gyros for my family on the way home. Even though I was next in line, one or two adult customers were admitted almost every time, probably in the belief that you could get more sales from them. Customer is customer and that was too stupid for me as a child. Today I can say that the pitas that my parents bring with them every year are smaller, have only a heap of meat and are twice as expensive as before. The price is just too high for the crowd.

Best gyros in town. Always a pleasure, especially the sauce (need the recipe !!!! 😃) A big fan of the small but fine booth since childhood. The only negative: unfortunately prices increased. 5 euros for a pita with zaziki ... a bit steep, you need min. 2 until you are somewhat full.

I grew up in Göttingen. I've known this shop since childhood. It used to be called Tsalparas, now Artemis. If I am in Göttingen, I ONLY eat gyros here. The quality has remained TOP since the 1970s. No other city has such good gyros.

Oops! Tried it for lunch, we ordered 3 gyros pita. Guy coughed in one, wrapping paper was inside our Pita and no napkins. One of us vomited few hours after. Better go to Carl Zeiss up the road.
